Dear Customer,
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last night, we would like to reassure you that we will continue to support our customers as best we can whilst observing the strict social distancing measures that are now in place.
With that in mind, we ask you to work with us to ensure everyone’s safety, especially our staff who will be working hard to maintain our support services in order to keep you going throughout this challenging time.
You can support our staff by:
- Informing us prior to any sales/service visits if you have suffered any symptoms or travelled within the last 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we will not be able to visit you until 14 days after your symptoms have cleared.
- Not coming into the depot if you have suffered any symptoms or you have travelled outside of the UK within the last 2 weeks.
- Avoid coming into the depot altogether if you can. We are operating a parts order and collection service where if you phone ahead, we will package your parts for you to collect outside in a secure location.
- Please also phone ahead if you’re dropping off or collecting your machine. We will be ready to receive or hand back your machine when you arrive.
- We would appreciate you making a card payment over the phone prior to coming into the depot to collect parts/machines. Please avoid cash payments wherever possible.
- If it is absolutely necessary for you to come into the depot please keep contact with members of staff to a minimum, maintaining a safe distance of 2 metres.
- If we are fixing your machine on site, please leave the technician to carry out the work in isolation.
- If you require your machine to be collected, please provide full details of the job to the Service Manager when you call and have your machine ready for collection so that we can keep contact with our driver to an absolute minimum.
