MST’s large team of manufacturer-trained engineers cover our Mid and South Devon depots as well as our newest depot in Somerset and provide a high level of service second to none.
Each engineer has a fully equipped van enabling them to work on your tractor or machinery either on farm or in one of our three spacious and secure workshops. The facilities have been fully refurbished in the last five years, creating a modern, professional environment, complete with the very latest sophisticated diagnostic systems.
And because farmers work round the clock so do we. To ensure that you receive the best possible service no matter what time of day or night, you can contact our dedicated 24-hour support line to get your problems solved fast and your business back on track with minimal disruption. An out of hours call out fee of £45.00 plus VAT will be added to our normal labour charge.
We are also currently offering an exceptionally well-priced service/repair package for the older machine, helping you to get every bit of value from your original purchase.
By only employing service managers and engineers with outstanding ability, motivation and, most importantly, first-hand experience of the problems faced by those who make a living from agriculture, you can be sure that any questions you ask will be dealt with by an expert.
What’s more we only use genuine manufacturer parts, meaning all AGCO repairs come with a 12-month warranty to give you ultimate peace of mind.
